To help them do that effectively, our sales professionals need training, and not just a couple of PowerPoint slides and a long lecture. We strive to develop content that allows our field teams to speak to customers about their business problems and solve them using AWS technology. With an emphasis on providing consumable, relevant training at the time a learner requires it - not too much, too little, too early, or too late. Ideally available anytime, anywhere and on any device.As we expand our Amazon Web Service’s Field Training and Enablement Team, we’ve experienced rapid growth in demand for sales learning. Our team is looking for an experienced Multimedia Experience Designer to develop highly effective training and enablement solutions that are used by Field Sales teams—specifically Sales and Account Managers but inclusive of other roles such as Partners, Marketing and ProServe. Specifically, the ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate proficiency in the following formats: graphics, layouts, templates, animations, and a diverse array of digital assets (e.g., videos, eLearning) to support our global audiences.The ideal candidate will have experience managing a number of projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The candidate will have broad multimedia development experience across multiple modalities and formats. The candidate should be a creative problem solver who is meticulous, customer-obsessed, and a strong leader. They must also be willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done while insisting on the highest standards.Preferred locations: Seattle, WA, Dallas, TX, Boston, MA, Arlington, VA (relocation assistance is available for these locations).Key job responsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for:Translating business needs into training curriculum and enablement content in support of the field and their requirements for success.

Developing enablement and training materials, online/e-learning modules, online tutorials, and multimedia products (video, graphic, audio),

Collaborating directly with primary stakeholders and instructional designers to design the right modality.

Leveraging rapid, agile development techniques and processes to create content for a rapidly changing environment. Lead process improvement efforts.

Challenging the team to identify, experiment and implement new and innovative enablement and learning approaches, tools, and systems.

Building for the future by anticipating the reuse of effects, animations, styles, etc., by creating, sharing, and applying MOGRTs or other templatized reusable assets and shared libraries.

Using project management tools and skills to manage medium to large scale content development projects

We care about your career growth and strive to assign projects based on what will help each team member develop into a better-rounded professional and enable them to take on more complex tasks in the future.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years direct experience developing enablement and training materials, online/e-learning modules, online tutorials, and multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), in a creative agency and/or fast-paced corporate setting.

5+ years of experience in the Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

5+ years of experience in Articulate 360 applications with an emphasis on Storyline.

Well-rounded skill-set in motion graphics, including, animating characters, kinetic typography, 3D and 2.5D development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Instructional Systems Technology, Graphic Design, or 5+ years in a related field

Familiarity with instructional design models including ADDIE, SAM, Dick & Carey Model, etc.

Experience with Scripting Languages and Object-Oriented and Programming (OOP) languages with an emphasis on enhancing the learning experience through LMS integrations.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (MindTickle is a plus)
