- This resource will be supporting the Telephony Modernization Program On-Prem to Cloud Migration.
- They will be migrating to AWS Connect, so a strong background in AWS Connect and supporting large contact centers is a must here.
- This resource will be responsible for being solution driven.
- They will guide engineering teams to define, develop, deploy, and operate large-scale applications and distributed cloud services to deliver an immersive experience for all customers.
- Again, they must be solution driven, having experience providing solutions in the past, having an opinion and challenging the norm.
- Therefore, high-energy and having direct, confident communication skill sis a must here.
Must Haves:- 8 years of experience as a Sr. Product Owner
- 2 years of experience as a Solutions Architect (This is negotiable if they have AWS certifications or AWS Connect experience - but still a HUGE want)
- 2 years of experience with AWS Connect
- 2 years of expereince working in a large scale contact center
- Experience in an agile environment
- Experience driving solutions

- AWS certifications
Location: RemoteSalary Range: The salary for this position is between $124,000 – $135,000 annually.
