This individual will assist in the coordination, collaboration, reviews, and other activities relevant to enabling execution of project milestones, deliverables and recurring reports.Typical duties include:

Assist project leadership team in all aspects of program activity including the performance, cost, and schedule of the project. Will assist in organizing, planning, coordinating, reviewing and assisting in efforts that enable direct contract support activities.

Assist in the development and staffing of project performance/status reports. May interface with customers, project personnel and key stakeholders on a continuous basis

Supports the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, schedules, milestones, deliverables as well as financial and contractual and administrative tasks activities.

Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.

Assist program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.

Develops key trusted advisor relationships with customers for which they are the point of contact.

Assures quality of products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and milestone events.

Will assist in financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management and reporting

Assist in monitor’s sub-contractor delivery activities and assist in the coordination of subcontractor deliverables including soliciting schedules, plans, artifacts, etc.

Assist in the development, reviews, of plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.

Assist in the preparation of various briefings, reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested and milestone events related to project execution

Assist in oversight to ensure compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.

Participates in special projects as required.

Experience Requirements:

5+ years Program/Project Management experience

Strong MS Office skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong oral and written communication skills

Certification Requirements:

No specific certifications are required for this role.

The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
