Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager role will be part of a delivery team responsible for multiple inflight software development projects as well as current product portfolio. They will lead and direct technology solutions through all phases of the project. Must be able to manage all efforts required to remain within the bounds of schedule and budget with the ultimate objective of proactively maintaining a high level of user satisfaction throughout the project. Demonstrates experience in managing projects of various sizes, complexity and types (e.g., application development, outsources services). This role requires the ability to multitask and analytical skill identify dependencies, and coordinate with vendor resources for delivery. Must have an enterprise project perspective and will assist the Program Manager with oversight of both, business and technical delivery teams, to oversee activities within the various work streams. Experience: Must be technical or have experience working with technical teams. Agile experience required (overall agile process, creating and maintaining project plans, collaborating with others to groom backlog, vendor management). Task/Vendor management and coordination experience. Experience working in a highly complex environment multiple systems and integrations Release planning experience Must be familiar with working on project scoping efforts (including creating requirements, working on gap analysis efforts, documentation, and project road mapping). SharePoint, Confluence, Jira working knowledge. Strong problem-solving skills Ability to handle virtual teams and work with resources in multiple sites (onsite, offshore, near shore) Experience in workflow diagram creation At Ciber Global our consultants have access to a comprehensive benefits package.
