B) Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)

C) Experience in implementation of Contact Center Technology

D) Experience in telephony infrastructure (7 or more years); and

Telecommuting:Not an Option for this position. The work shall be conducted onsite with the Department's OIT in Tallahassee, Florida.

Education/Certifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or other technology related field or one (1) year of data management experience for each year of education.

Required Duties and Responsibilities of Consultant shall include but are not limited to:• Project Management for the CLIENT Contact Center and Unified Communications Implementation project(s)o Manage all aspects of the implementation of UC services across the enterprise with little to no downtimeo Manage all aspects of the implementation of CC services across three contact centers with no downtimeo Integration management: Developing a project management plan; directing and managing all work for the project; monitoring and controlling the project work and managing any necessary changes; facilitates cooperation and motivates team members to accomplish group goalso Scope management: Defining and managing scope, creating a work breakdown structure (WBS), and requirements; validating and controlling the scope of the projecto Time management: Planning, defining, and developing schedules, activities, estimating resources and activity durations; monitor the progress of a project; compare actual performance against planned/scheduled performance; adjusts schedule / resources to ensure that key milestones are reachedo Cost management: Planning and estimating costs, and determining budgets; managing the project’s budget; identifying, planning, and coordinating required procurementso Quality management: Planning and identifying quality requirements; performing all aspects of managing quality; controlling the quality of deliverableso Human Resource management: Planning and identifying human resource needs; selecting, developing, managing, and coordinating a project team made up of multiple programs within CLIENT, DMS staff, and Vendor staffo Communications management: Planning and managing all aspects of project communications; define the content and the format of project communications / reports based on information requirements of specific stakeholders or groups; ensure appropriate documentation is created/updated throughout the project processes; provide knowledge transfer to technical and non-technical staff as neededo Risk management: Planning for and identifying potential risks; performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis; planning risk mitigation strategies; implementing and managing mitigation strategieso Stakeholder management: Coordinating and maintaining stakeholders from a variety of CLIENT and external entities and the public; planning and managing stakeholder expectationso Managing the project(s) in accordance with the requirements the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards - Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C. and ISO / IEC 20000 Information Technology Service Management Standards. The Contractor must complete the Department’s Security Awareness Training within 30 calendar days of starting, and must pass a Level II Background screen prior to accessing the CLIENT system.

Work TimeframesThe selected individuals will occupy a full time position, working up to 40 hours per week. Standard work times will be (or approximately) standard business hours (8a – 5p Monday-Friday). Due to new hardware installations, upgrades and maintenance, weekend and/or after hours work may be required on an exception basis. We do not anticipate overtime, but if required, the pay would be the hourly rate, not time and a half.
