The Engineer must have excellent communication and analytical skills. They should possess the enthusiasm and entrepreneurial skills needed to grow with our company. This role will work on our Managed Services solution. The core product is responsible for providing consistent, robust environments that our clients (internal and external) rely on to accomplish their mission-critical work. Managed Services offers unmatched outsourcing options, from enhanced hosting to co-sourcing specific processes or full outsourcing of operational processes.

What You Will Get To Do:
  • Analyze business requirements to come up with a clear testing strategy and demonstrate deep domain expertise
  • Design and execute both manual and automated test cases
  • Independently manage test activities for projects of large scope and scale, consistently making and meeting commitments for deliverables
  • Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Develop, maintain and troubleshoot issues with automation scripts
  • Understand the solution to be tested and its underlying accounting
  • Understand the business/domain, and how end users interact with the solution
  • Determine production readiness of the application

What You Will Bring:
  • Portfolio and/or Partnership accounting and investment industry experience
  • Understanding of financial instruments and how they apply to today's marketplace
  • Experience with Agile methodologies including scrum practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, process-focused, self-motivated, proactive, and attentive to excellence

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the complete QA cycle and experience with different types of testing, including experience building and adding on to an automation framework
  • 10+ years of previous experience in enterprise testing applications
  • Knowledge and experience with bug tracking and agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
