“Senior RPG Programmer” - Full Time - Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite)

Salary Range - 120K per Annum

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Create and maintain documentation of user applications
Mentor junior members of development team
Other functions as assigned by management.
Work with the marketing team to understand, plan, build and execute email communications, marketing automation campaigns and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner
Design / code using RPG/Free with little to no supervision.
Evaluate and test software to verify that applications functions according to teammate requirements.
Design and maintain testing environments

Qualifications

and Skills:

10+ years of experience in DESIGNING IBM RPG applications.
7+ years of experience in:
- Embedded SQL
- Creation if physical and logical files
- CLLE programming and screen design
- IBM Rational Developer for i
Experience in EDI
Experience in Profound Logic would be a major plus.
Experience in REST & APIs using JSON is a major plus
