Qualifications:Proficiency in the analysis FEA tool, Thermal Desktop.4+ years of experience with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering or science degree or 6+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering or science degree requiredExperience with spacecraft and payload-level thermal control design and analysisExperience with defining thermal environments based on orbital parameters and mission concept of operationsExperience with mission-level requirements derivation and flowdown to payload and subsystem levelsExperience with thermal testing (i.e. TVAC) including: design/analysis, test procedure generation, thermal balance and model correlation, test equipment selection and use, cognizant authority of test Go/No-Go decisions
