Server

As a Server, you will provide friendly, attentive service while creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, answer menu questions, and ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their meal.In this role, you demonstrate Westgate's core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction.What You'll Do as a Server:Greet guests, present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.Accurately take and memorize guest orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen and service team.Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper presentation and service standards.Monitor tables throughout the meal, anticipate guest needs, and respond to additional requests.Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings, and applicable recipes.Assist with side work, restaurant cleanliness, setup, and other assigned duties.Accurately total guest bills, process payments, or refer guests to the appropriate cashier.Provide friendly, professional service while creating a positive and welcoming dining experience.Follow all food safety, sanitation, service, and company standards.
