As a Service Desk Analyst, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Service Desk Analysts joining our team to keep the joint military, multi-national drug interdiction task force on the hunt to stem the flow of illegal narcotics into the U.S. How a Service Desk Analyst will make an Impact:
- Collect and perform analysis on complex information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system.
- Will perform standard troubleshooting and software resolution tasks via phone or in person.
- Develop technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems.
- Prepare systems specifications.
- May coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals.
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent or combination of relevant education, training and experience)
- 5+ years of overall experience
- IAT level II Certification (i.e. Security+ or CySA+ or SSCP etc.)
- MD-100 (Microsoft Desktop Test - if you do not have, can get prior to start) class="xxxxContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true"
- Secret to start, must be able to attain TS/SCI class="xxxxContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true"
- IT Troubleshooting, Hardware/Software Troubleshooting, Help Desk Support Experience class="xxxxContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true"
- ServiceNow and/or VDI experience would be nice to have class="xxxxContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true"

- What is the mission of the program/contract? To be the central location for TIER 1 support for any issue IT/Facilities related
- What will a typical workday look like for the Contractor? Is this a team setting? This is strictly a Monday- Friday 7am-4pm 40-hour work week in a team of 3 Service Desk Analyst's that report to me and take daily work guidance from a singular government (GG-14) civilian lead oversight.
- What are the top three skillsets the candidate should have? IT Troubleshooting skills, Patience, and Willingness to learn.
- What is the interview process (phone then in-person or only phone, etc.)? Only phone, mainly to verify personality and fit within the current team.
- What government agency/customer does the contract support? We are supporting JIATF-S but are contracted by SOUTHCOM under the SCITES contract.
- What is the length of the contract? What Option Year is it currently in? When is re-compete? The SCITES contract is a 7-year contract with which we are heading into option year 3; there are 5-years left on this contract. Re-compete is April 24th, 2027.
