Job DescriptionSNI Technology is currently recruiting for a Service Desk Technician role for a great local client in Jacksonville, FL. This will be a full-time/direct hire opportunity targeting between a $40k-$45k annual salary.
Summary: Maintain and Monitor end-user workstations and productivity on local area network. Perform a variety of maintenance, software installation and end-user support tasks to ensure end-user workstations and network performance meet company and user requirements. Provide support to staff on all company-supported applications. Experience Needed:- 1-2 years of IT Support experience
- Knowledge of computer and network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques
- Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, Hardware, Printers, Application Support, Basic troubleshooting and monitoring of physical servers.
