Service Manager - Pool Industry (Morrisville, NC 27560)

Established pool company looking for service manager.

Seeking service manager who is energetic, results driven/motivated individual that takes pride in their work to develop and manage a residential swimming pool service company.

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the pool industry. Previous management experience a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform start-ups and minor plumbing and have knowledge to perform on-site repairs on pool related equipment.

Train maintenance technicians in the areas of trouble shooting and repairs and inspect the quality of work of the other maintenance personnel.

Must be capable of performing administrative duties including following proper procedures for recording maintenance requests and responding to issues in a timely manner, use proper forms and maintain inventory and parts.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

five yrs. minimum maintenance experience required.

must have a valid driver's license.

Certified pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Clean driving record and must be able to pass background check.
