Title: ServiceNow DeveloperLocation: RemoteDuration: 3-month Contract to start Skillset / Experience:ServiceNow Developer
- 3+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in design, development, and code review of Full-Stack Application Development experience, preferably within large enterprise environments
- Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC
- Experience in application design, performance tuning and monitoring, and reporting
- Effectively working with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently to convert complex technical/business requirements into workable design solution.
- Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps)
- Drive process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation
- Proven track record from developing and operating ServiceNow (3+ years)
- Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of TM Forum Framework and ITIL
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, CSS, and HTML
- Experience in Angular JS, jQuery, Node.js and Apache Jelly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
