Detailed Job Description:

Onshore Position - Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, support, and manages application code, configuration, tables, forms, user interfaces, workflows, KB’s, and third-party integration components (Workday, Single Sign on, AWS) for the Service Now HR platform Rome release.
  • Design and Develop REST Based API integrations and batch file feed processes
  • Configure and customize Agent Workspace and Advanced Work Assignment
  • Design and Develop Performance Analytics Solutions.
  • Partners with Clients and Technology teams to review business requirements, technical requirements, determines scope, and estimates the effort in the development of Technology requirements.
  • Preform development related activities while ensuring that appropriate governance exists for all delivery of technology solutions.
  • Virtual Agent knowledge is a plus.

Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of

    ServiceNow development and configuration preferably within the HR Scoped application, with a SNOW partner.
  • More than 10 years of technology experience supporting a complex application with integration points across other systems.
  • Experience with

    complex integrations in both Rest API and Batch File feed based integration via mid-servers is a must.
  • Basic Knowledge of

    Virtual agent, NLU.
  • Knowledge of

    agent workspace, Advanced work assignment, application upgrades is required.
  • Experience with

    JavaScript, JSON, Java and API programming is required.
  • Experience with SSO and mutual authentication based security is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, or Relational Database development desired.
  • Experience with test driven development, agile practices, and tools desired.
  • Knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support.
  • Strong analytical skills, interpretive and evaluative skills.
  • Strong organizational skills across multiple threads of work streams.
  • Outstanding documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and resourceful approach to the business and an ability to think and deliver creative value-added solutions to clients.
  • Must be service-oriented, team player, work independently.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including support on release weekend
