The Services Marketing Team works with Accenture’s Chief Strategy Officer to bring the business strategy to life across the organization. The team then translates the business strategy into strategic marketing and communications strategies and plans across our four Services—Song, Industry X, Technology and Operations. Position Description: The Services Marketing Executive Partner develops and delivers a consistent presence—internal and external—for Services Group Chief Executive Leads and the Chief Strategy Officer at Accenture and reports directly to our Services Marketing Lead. The Executive Partner is:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate across the M+C Organization and Services to support the four Chief Executives and the Chief Strategy Officer regarding their external presence. Develop content and lead timely responses for keynotes, launches of new capabilities and business groups, key messages for earnings, board and other external audiences.

Develop content and presentation materials based on subject matter expertise and leader voice.

Identify connection points across various Accenture initiatives to develop overarching storylines—establishing a cohesive narrative alongside other leaders on key platforms.

Support and inform strategies for corporate reputation, citizenship and positioning, as well as inclusion, diversity and equality working with Corporate Communications and Pursuit and Reputation marketing groups.

Uphold highest editorials standards and ensure application of Accenture style guide.

Integrate all other components of leader internal and external presence, as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 10 years of marketing and communications experience

Minimum of 5 years writing external messaging

Preferred Skills:

Experience in communicating complex information, as well as developing compelling external messages

Business experience working in a global organization, with a focus/interest in external positioning.

Exceptional writing, editing and oral communications skills—ability to produce compelling content to achieve desired results.

Knowledge of core marketing communications and editorial essentials, including strategic message development, executive communications and AP style writing.

Track record of conceiving, writing, and coordinating external messaging, including talking points, news releases, video and audio content, social media and content creation for external events with multiple speakers.

Strong strategic, analytical thinking skills, with demonstrated excellence in creating and articulating positions.

Proven track record of ghostwriting for voice and priorities.

Experience in integrated communications, including in-depth knowledge of global digital platforms (web, mobile, social), face-to-face channels, content strategy, publishing and management.

Professional Skills:

Strong organizational skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple assignments simultaneously while collaborating with a team of marketing and communications professionals, including contractors and third-party vendors.

Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing timelines.

Able to work effectively – and at speed – across functional and geographic groups.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
