Position: ServiceNow Developer Location: Hybrid FL and Remote (GA, VA, SC, NC, AL, TN)Duration: Full TimeDescriptionOur ServiceNow Developer will provide operational and end-user support for the Service Catalog of products within the fully integrated ITSM solution. This person is responsible for the overall system administration of the ITSM Platform as well as the end-user experience. This position requires strong knowledge and experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, Configuration Management, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) procedures. This person will be responsible for a variety of duties ranging from integration, maintenance, and operation of fully integrated ITSM solution Further duties will include:- Contribute at an advanced level to the migration to ServiceNow from legacy systems
- Provide long-term oversight to ensure continuity and integration for Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, and CMDB modules as well as provide oversight as I/S integrates additional functions into ITSM solution
- Contribute to ongoing design and development efforts related to the ServiceNow platform and integrations
- Automate legacy processes using available ServiceNow capabilities and best practices
- Assist in analyzing and resolving configuration issues promptly including, but not limited to, Discovery, Workflows and Reporting
- Work closely with the business areas and application support team to improve business processes
- Maintain a consistently large, and often dynamic workload and assist others with day-to-day direction for technical guidance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
- 5 years’ experience analyzing complex business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions that factor in system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability
- 5 years’ experience supporting fully integrated ServiceNow instances
- Experience working with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile project methodologies
- Experience supporting relational database systems
- Available to work after hours and weekends
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL foundation
- Experience migrating individual ITSM products (Incident Management, CMDB, Change Management, and Request Management) into ServiceNow
