Häagen-Dazs is an American ice cream brand, established in New York, and comes in several traditional flavors as well as several esoteric flavors that are specific to the brand.

It is marketed as ‘super-premium’, uses no emulsifiers or stabilizers, and is all natural.

As Shift Lead, you will be an important member of the management team and will be supported with the tools, training, and guidance necessary to succeed.

Responsible for the supervision, training, and management of store operations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and evaluate employees, counsel and promote employee growth, improve employee efficiency, morale, and teamwork

Resolve customer concerns, consistently demonstrating professional communication skills and ability to promote positive public relations

Sales growth and Employee hiring/training/retention

Maintain food safety specifications according to policies, procedures, and health department requirements

Must fill-in for absent employees, as necessary

Working Lead. Ability to operate 3rd party systems and POS

Perform other duties as requested by store manager and/or owner that would be vital to store operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions

Must complete a food service course during first year

Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule

Stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and be able to lift 20-30 pounds

Ability to resolve interpersonal situations

Strong organization skills
