GPS and knowledge of general area to drive to address of the homes for sale

Unlock Homes, Turn On Lights, Open Blinds

Allow Clients to Walk Around Inside and Out

Turn Off Light, Close Blinds, Lock All Doors

Triple Check Lights Are Off and All Doors are lock

Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
