Site Cleaner for Residential Condtruction

Job Description:

We are seeking two reliable and hardworking Site Cleaner to join our residential construction team. The Site Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining clean and organized construction sites as framers complete their work. This includes sweeping, picking up wood debris, stacking, and moving leftover lumber and materials to designated locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Sweep and clean construction sites of all wood debris.

Organize, stack, and move leftover lumber and other materials to new sites.

Ensure all work areas are clean and safe.

Transport materials within the same neighborhood or a nearby series of neighborhoods.

Requirements:

Ability to lift and move heavy materials.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Dependable and punctual.

Previous experience in construction or site cleaning is a plus but not required.

Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 7am - 4pm

Compensation:

$14 per hour (negotiable based on experience).
