Skilled Flooring Installers Wanted – Reliable Workers Needed

We are an established flooring and home improvement business seeking experienced flooring installers to join our team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and want steady work, we’d like to hear from you!

Position: Flooring Installer (Residential & Commercial Projects)

Location: Broward County and surrounding areas

Compensation: Based on experience – paid weekly on Fridays

Skills & Experience Required:

Flooring Installation:

Proficiency in vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood, and tile installation

Experience with floor refinishing, repairs, and trim work preferred

Knowledge of proper measurement, cutting, and subfloor preparation

Painting

(Preferred - not required)

Interior and exterior painting experience l (Preferred - not required)

Ability to prep surfaces (patching, sanding, priming) and ensure clean, professional finishes

(Preferred - not required)

Knowledge of tools, brushes, rollers, sprayers, and protective coatings

(Preferred - not required)

General Requirements:

Professional experience in flooring (painting experience is a plus!)

Must have reliable transportation to get to and from job sites on time – this is essential

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or on a team

Must be dependable and maintain a professional attitude with clients

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor safely
