Skilled Handyman - Part-time

We are a residential properties investor group with apartment investments in Tallahassee, FL.

We are looking for an experienced handyman to maintain our property portfolio of 40 apartment units.

Between 5 to 10 hours / week.

You should have experience in:

o general handyman work

o carpentry

o painting

o laminate flooring installation

o basic electric

o basic plumbing

You need your own vehicle and tools. Work location is in 2 locations in Tallahassee.
