100% Remote Software Quality Assurance Team Lead to join our growing company.

As a QA Team Lead you will:

•\tAct as team representative in place of manager when needed

•\tAct as emergency backup for all primaries in their absence

•\tBe the SME on Enterprise level practices and processes

•\tConduct Peer Reviews for all team members

•\tAssist in the planning of Automation Sprints

•\tBe capable of leading individual and group training efforts

•\tWork on special projects for Management

•\tHave an overall vision of architecture

•\tObjectively give input into a peer's performance

•\tNeed to digest information and make concise decisions

•\tBe capable of Championing QA Process at an Enterprise level

•\tActively participate in Employee Reviews, Interviews, Team Evaluations

•\tOccasionally step-in to manage, coordinate and take ownership of any Difficult/Critically Urgent/High Profile project with little to no guidance

We are looking for a driven, motivated candidate

MUST have:

•\tMinimum of 10 years' experience in a QA Role with a steady progressive growth in your career.

•\tProficiency in Designing, Developing and Maintaining test cases and test suites

•\tProgramming experience with Java/Groovy

•\tData Driven automation experience, preferably in Selenium using an automation framework

•\tExperience Managing a team of 2-5 people is a plus

•\tStrong SQL and database knowledge

•\tExperience working in TFS/VSTS/ADO

•\tAbility to perform Peer Reviews to ensure Test Cases are up to current Enterprise Standards

•\tFlexibility to multitask and shift focus as needed

•\tAbility to train/mentor junior team members

•\tAbility to assess Project risk and present documentation to the Project / Enterprise Leadership

•\tAbility to expand on usable Business Requirements (Acceptance Criteria)

•\tExperience working in an Agile / Scrum environment

•\tAbility to identify areas of Process Improvement and communicate it to Management.

•\tAbility to form working relationships within the project teams

•\tA good understanding of multiple software testing methodologies

•\tAbility to work in a fast-paced environment

•\tAbility to work with a majority remote team

•\tExcellent communication and collaboration skills

•\tExcellent problem-solving skills and a positive can-do attitude

Remote work qualifications
