Spa Front Desk Receptionist Needed

Looking for a responsible Front Desk Concierge for a busy Spa.

Foot Haven Reflexology Bar & Spa is rapidly expanding providing Massages, Facials and Body Services 7 days a week.

If you are Friendly, Outgoing and Enthusiastic with excellent sales and customer service skills, then we would like to speak with you about becoming a Spa Concierge Associate for Delray Beach location!

Primary Responsibilities include:

Providing great service to members and guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members and guests upon arrival

Assist in maintaining professional front desk and reception area

Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys

Handle front desk sales of cosmetic product and clothes/accessories Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room Replenish on massage cream supply for therapists

Various duties as assigned by Spa Management

Position approx 30 hrs a week (5 days)

Position Requirements:

Customer service and sales experience preferred

Massage package /Sauna sales a plus

Effectively communicate with members and guests on membership benefits, spa policies and procedures

Cohesively work with others in a fun and fast paced environment

Customer service oriented with ability to communicate effectively and friendly with clients, Spa management and sales staff

Must be able to work flexible days and hours including evenings and weekends (Fri, Sat & Sun).

Knowledge of Booker software or any other CRM a PLUS but not a must (paid training will be provided).
