Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of experience Experienced senior lead supporting a team across multiple Task Orders with 10+ years of experience supporting one or more Department of Defense agencies A current TS security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility A minimum of ten years' experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing proposed methodologies and approach for a program similar in scope and complexityDesired Qualifications Former Senior Leadership/Military officer in the SOF, SPACE, Cyber Domains Experienced in USSOCOM Operations particularly as it pertains to Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force integration, interoperability, and interdependency with conventional forces. Doctrinal knowledge of U.S. NATO conventional and unconventional operations Possess the level of communication skills required to effectively and efficiently brief military and civilian key team members via written products or oral presentations A minimum of five years' experience managing performance-based line of efforts and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations Relevant experience involving research, design, prototyping and fielding of new and changed capabilities across the joint forces Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing and creating strategies for non domestic threats FEDSIM execution experience Master's degree, with ten (10) years of relevant experienceBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
