ROLE SUMMARYThe Colleague Solutions Solution Engineer delivers products and solutions which enable colleagues to work better together, progressing business outcomes that power patient health with greater efficiency and effectiveness. The principal role of the Senior Associate Solution Engineer, Colleague Solutions Engineer is to provide and deliver subject matter knowledge of the M365 Platform and Enterprise Search. This position:

Requires strong understanding of the principles of the discipline and applies these skills and departmental knowledge to achieve assigned work

Begins to apply experimentation and use of new ideas

Contributes to the completion of moderately complex projects across a work team

Makes decisions to resolve moderately complex problems with short term impact within work team

Works under general supervision using independent judgment where needed and appropriate.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Be relied upon as a subject matter expert in primary M365 Technologies

Resolve problems with minimal oversight, communicating with peers and technology support teams for resolving issues

Stay aware of new features in assigned areas of expertise, managing the communication to broader, impacted audiences (e.g., MS Copilot Center of Excellence)

Collaborate with our Business Adoption Team and provide guidance on new and future features that need to be shared and communicated across Pfizer.

Improve enterprise search engine results thru technology solutions, (e.g., Automate Search Engine Feedback and define process improve search results).

Actively participate in product model improvements, including metrics and OKR's.

Implement new features to help change business processes.

Drive and Organize "Proof of Concepts" for Collaboration and Search tools acting as both a front end and back-end platform contact.

Take an active role in our M365 Integration and Governance practice - reviewing, communicating, and documenting status of customer requests.

Help implement MS Copilot improvements, such as Copilot Studio services within Colleague Solutions or plugins and connectors to make Copilot more effective for the organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar discipline with three years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with one year of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with six years of relevant experience; OR eight years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent

2 years' experience with Microsoft M365 and Search technologies

Good understanding of Information Technology

Ability to work in ambiguous situations and create structure when necessary

Ability to work in matrixed environment

Work Location Assignment:Must be able to work from assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $74,900.00 to $124,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary. The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $67,400.00 to $112,300.00.
