Job Description:

This role provides ad-hoc support for client asset operations and manages strategic initiatives related to 15c3-3 customer protection across multiple U.S. broker dealers at BofA.

Responsibilities:

• Manages a book of work, which includes strategic funded initiatives, new regulatory mandates, addressing BA issues, and creating improvements for CACT teams.• Supports the planning, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of project deliverables.• Identifies and collaborates with key stakeholders within CACG and across the organization document business requirements, define/execute remediation strategies and deliver sustainable results.• Manages risk by proactively identifying issues, ensuring the proper risk disciplines are in place and taking action to ensure appropriate resolution.• Continually seeks to improve existing process and reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy while mitigating risk.• Serves as subject matter expert with working knowledge of daily oversight functions, related systems, and regulatory requirements within the Client Asset Control Group (CACG) to handle ad hoc inquiries, analysis, and training.

Requirements:

• Project experience - small to mid-scale• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills• Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting innovative change• Strong proficiency with Excel and other MS Office products• Strong organizational skills• Self-motivated - able to work well autonomously and as part of a team• Results / task oriented with excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy• Demonstrates clear, concise and effective communication, both verbal and written• Risk and control mindset• Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Broker Dealer operations and/or business and basic understanding of customer protection rules.• Experience utilizing technical skills and tools to perform data analysis
