Sr. Software Engineer 100% Remote (Plano TX preferred, still partial remote)6+ months $60-70/hr W-2 based on experience

A large financial services company is seeking a Senior C/.Net Engineer!

Responsibilities:

Working on a legacy application that is 20+ years old
- The team is in a profound transitional phase
Moving to azure, so this will now be a cloud-based application
We are an agile shop & do daily standups, & organized into sprints
This role sits within our Secondary Markets Division
Very small team; two developers onshore (based on east coast), 1 offshore

Experience:

Needs expert level C experience & knowledge
Strong background in design & design patterns
C#.NET
Banking/financial services experience preferred
WPF is preferred, not required
ASP.NET, Web APIs, and .NET core are not critical for this role, and therefore preferred skillsets
Azure DevOps is a big bonus!
MFC is a heavy plus, borderline required
