IC Design Senior Engineering Manager Job DescriptionLead and develop a talented engineering team of senior professionals responsible for the development of Honeywell Aerospace’s integrated circuit products. You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide your team in their efforts to achieve solutions to challenging technical problems. You will use your leadership skills to motivate teams that are designing digital ASIC, FPGA and mixed-signal integrated circuits, and associated processes. You will also engage with IC technical, management and business leaders in shaping our technology roadmap to advance our product capabilities for future growth and pursue/execute supporting technology development contracts funded by government customers. By collaborating with customers and broader systems engineering teams, you will balance team workload towards exceptional team performance and drive high impact business growth.Key Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

At least 5 years of experience leading engineering teams

Ability to work fully or hybrid ideally at Plymouth, MN site; less ideal site alternatives: Clearwater, FL, Phoenix, AZ

Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience

Ability to consistently make timely decisions and balancing systematic analyses with decisiveness, even in the face of complexity

Solid knowledge of specific product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple product and process technologies

Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision and initiative to get things done
