Sr. Financial Analyst

Description Robert Half is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and innovative FP& A Analyst to support one of our prominent clients in the Music Entertainment sector. This role is focused on optimizing our client's Google Sheets design for their live marketing plans associated with their artists, tracks, album releases, and more. This is a 1-month project, with a strict deadline of October 1st.YKey Responsibilities:

Google Sheet Design & Optimization: Revamp existing sheets to ensure data is presented in a clear, organized, and digestible manner.

Live Marketing Plans Integration: Incorporate live marketing plans related to artists, tracks, releases, and album releases into Google Sheets.

Activation Dropdowns: Streamline dropdown mechanisms and address the current issue of data being inadvertently deleted or appearing clunky.

Regional Segmentation: Design sheets in a way that activities and data for each region can be easily viewed and analyzed.

Tabulation & Territories: Create multiple tabs keeping a uniform format but separate territories to make data more digestible.

Budget Control Sheet Design: Connect the budget control sheet to the live marketing plan using formulas.

Track and report spend for each artist and maintain a record of total expenditure.

Linking Google Sheets: Ensure that each line item on the Google Sheet is linked appropriately to related data points or other sheets.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven expertise in Google Sheets design and optimization.

Knowledge of FP& A processes, especially within the music entertainment industry.

Ability to work on tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Familiarity with marketing plans and budgeting.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
