Are you ready to help us make the future?As a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. Your expertise in project management and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will ensure the successful execution of projects aligned with business goals. Your leadership skills and strategic mindset will contribute to the growth and success of our ISC initiatives. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable results.You’ll work out of our Clearwater, Fl location on an On-site work schedule.Key Responsibilities

Manage projects for Space Programs

Influence functional stakeholders

Create, direct and support the Management Operating System (MOS)

Drive and manage program metrics

Lead and work with the factory team to support production objectives

Deliver projects on time with milestone management

Manage Program Budget and earned value management; adherence to fill rate metrics

Manage data and reporting with strong analytical skillset

Create and deliver internal and customer presentations

Communicate with ISC across multiple functions and network across the Honeywell network

Adhere to Government contract requirements

Break down complex inputs into actionable tasks

Plan and manage resource allocation

Understand and manage stakeholders across multiple functions

Lead daily tag up meetings to manage production priority and address challenges

Report key program deliverables to leadership

Manage risks to on time delivery

Lead project with daily/weekly/monthly reporting to the customer

Monthly customer facing project discussions/project reporting

Lead and manage complex projects within the Integrated Supply Chain organization

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree and or High School Diploma

EVM experience

2+ years of ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) Management/factory experience

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficient in project management tools and software

Technical manufacturing knowledge, understanding of factory flow

ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) management experience in an Aerospace environment

PMP Certification highly preferred

Six Sigma Lean expert or Black belt

Global company working experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Projects

Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others

Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes

Knowledge of manufacturing processes in a technical environment

At least 1 year customer facing experience

Contractual understanding/contracts experience
