We are seeking an experienced Power BI developer to help build and deploy Dashboard and Analytics solutions to drive highly complex Supply Chain initiatives. In this role, you will
- Build automated reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Maintain knowledge of database management, data modeling, SQL querying, and online analytical processing
- Analyze business problems to determine the best way to apply BI capabilities
- Build data models for optimal BI representation
- And promote and implement Best Practices (administration, governance, design, security)
- Bachelors degree in Analytics, Statistics, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent analytical discipline
- Must have 5+ years relevant experience in the following:
- Report development (DAX, import, directory dependencies)
- Creating complex DAX queries in Power BI Desktop & Report Builder
- Power BI Report Builder tool
- Power BI desktop tool
- Power BI service
- Using advance level calculations on the data set
- Experience working on Power BI reports with large volumes of data
- Hands-on experience developing complex paginated reports
- Experience connecting Power BI to various data sources and transforming data
- Analyze business requirements into technical requirements for reporting/visualizations, data models and databases
- Deploy and validate BI solutions ensuring changes follow Change and Release Management processes
- Assist with complex incident management situations affecting BI capabilities and solutions
- MBA or Masters degree in Analytics
- Advanced knowledge of SQL
- High level understanding of supply chain methodologies
- Strong technical understanding of data modeling concepts
