We are seeking a Product Management Senior Manager to lead the product team responsible for the strategy, roadmap and performance of all public record and proprietary non-FCRA data assets powering Specialized Risk Solutions.Responsibilities include owning the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, performance and lifecycle management of these important data assets for the enterprise. The role will lead a focused product management team that will influence and partner with the global data acquisition and strategy teams, technology, other solutions teams, as well as the vertical lines of business and other cross-functional groups (Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, etc.) to ensure the success of derivative products and solutions. This includes understanding market and customer needs, and the competitive landscape, defining the data roadmap and industry-leading performance objectives, while working equally with business, data and global technology stakeholders to ensure Specialized Risk Solutions successfully executes its product strategy and roadmap.A top candidate has a passion for gathering, evaluating, and understanding markets and data use-cases, as well as an analytical mindset required to track, measure, and produce lift across solutions driven by improvements in these core assets. This candidate will demonstrate not only analytical thinking and roadmap planning, but the ability to manage a small team, work effectively with matrixed and shared service partners to execute that product vision and roadmap through the entire product lifecycleSpecialized Risk Solutions is a B2B data fusion and aggregation department that provides customers across multiple industries with information-based insights & analytics, data services, and innovative market-leading solutions. It uses proprietary data-fusion technology to fuse data from more than 10,000 public and proprietary data sources to deliver more accurate and comprehensive information on individuals, business, and assets, and their relationship with each other.

What You'll Bring:

Responsibilities:
  • Leads the strategy, prioritization, and management of all data assets that power Specialized Risk Solutions and maintain a competitive product suite; from product inception through introduction into the marketplace, management and retirement for both internal and commercial use cases; develops business cases and advocates for investment as needed
  • Partners with other product managers, data acquisition, data strategy and technology teams to ensure alignment and attainment of product roadmap and market objectives
  • Leads cross-functional teams and ensures alignment across all stakeholder groups
  • Monitors and analyzes product and data performance, financials, KPIs, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify strengths, gaps, threats, and opportunities in any part of product suite delivery
  • Participates in Agile ceremonies, influences PI Objectives and Release content via prioritized features and enablers; has scope of authority for setting PI priorities; influences feature acceptance criteria & jointly accepts as done with Product Owner
  • Spends time with internal and external clients capturing VOC and applying design thinking principles to understand their problems and needs; works with other product management teams writing comprehensive product epics and defining solution intent and high-level capabilities
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the broader product experience and use this knowledge to develop comprehensive pilots, validations, and other forms of discovery

Required Experience:
  • 8-10 years of Product and/or Data Management experience or comparable experience in a related field whereas data products are developed/improved in a systematic and customer-centric manner.
  • Experience with extensive and diverse data warehouses/ data lakes supporting consumer and/or business solutions
  • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Senior team lead or management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities in a medium sized or above corporate environment with matrixed shared services.
  • Agile familiarity
