Description: Job Title: Senior Manager, Procurement (Remote) Job Code: CHQ20233107-104125 Job Location: Remote Opportunity Job Schedule: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off Job Description: L3Harris is searching for a talented and dynamic Senior Manager in Indirect Procurement. The Manager will be responsible for coaching/guidance related to the development of procurement specifications, work statements, terms and conditions for specialized materials, equipment, and/or services. Responsibilities of the position include tracking of metrics including savings and cost avoidance, training and auditing on internal Procurement policies and procedures and supporting internal stakeholders related to meeting targeted budgets and deadlines as well as owning the relationship with the Indirect supplier base. Essential Functions:
Track and management of Department metrics
Provide training/guidance related to RFQ’s, SOW’s, negotiations, terms and conditions adherence to policy and procedure
Collaborate with category management, internal support teams, and contractors
Integration of new business
Interface with internal customers related to budgets, deadlines, and project completion
Engage Indirect supplier base, own the Indirect Supplier relationship
Support the selection and recommendation of suppliers
Approve PO write-ups and packages justifying source and price fair and reasonableness
Participate in internal/external audits as required
Evaluate root cause and corrective action plans with supplier on late delivery performance
Support established annual dept goals, objectives, performance metrics
Execute annual reviews for direct reports; support annual salary planning and department staffing; provide mentoring, guidance, and training to direct reports
Identify process improvements and hard savings opportunities
Ability to travel up to 10% as required
Qualifications:
Bachelors with 12 years prior experience, Graduate Degree with 10 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $98,500 - $183,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
