Sr. Power BI Developer / Designer

Description:Our client is in need of a Power BI developer to build out new dashboards. The team currently does not have anyone with the Power BI skillset, so they are seeking a senior resource who does not require any training or upskilling. They will be using Power BI in standard form. Power BI / Power Automate is required; Tableau is not an acceptable alternative.This resource will need to be able to lead the coordination with the Enterprise Data Solutions team, as they take data from multiple sources and integrate it all in SQL database. Knowledge of pipelines could be helpful, but that is not required. Exposure to / experience with cybersecurity metrics would also be nice but is not required.Requirements: Experience working with or on an innovative creative team/organization. You can produce stunning interactive experiences in code. Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions. BI development experience Power BI creating/designing dashboards for presenting to Executive C-group Leaders. Possess a solid grasp of human-centered design. Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design ideas and solutions to teams and stakeholders. Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders to regularly deliver design solutions for approval. Be willing to help teammates share knowledge and experience with them and learn from them. Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
