Sr. Project Manager

Our client has an immediate need for a

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Experience with MS Project is required
• Experience leading implementation of financial applications projects is preferred
• Able to lead projects applying Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• PMP Certification is a plus

• Manages definition and delivery of large or complex programs or projects within scope and budget levels
• Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Reporting and escalate to management as needed
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships
• Meeting budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget
• PM also needs to be able to roll up their sleeves and do what is needed on project
