Sr. Rental Sales Agent

Sixt is looking for a Senior Rental Sales Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support their team. They will learn about the customer’s rental needs and work to upgrade them to a more premium vehicle and additional services that will enhance their experience. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:  Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations while maintaining good customer service What you will do:Create the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer Greet customers professionally, prepare the rental agreement, and perform check outs Advise on and sell optional extras to the customer according to his/her needs Advise as an expert on all vehicles in the Sixt fleet, all protection items, and all extras Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence Complete and follow-up on to-do list and report to the Supervisor and Manager Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner Assist with ongoing training/coaching of RSAs as needed.
