Description Robert Half is looking for a stellar Staff Accountant with full cycle accounting knowledge and attention to detailed!Job Duties:
Recording financial transactions in the general ledger, including journal entries, adjustments, and accruals.
Assisting in the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyzing and reconciling expense accounts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring proper expense classification.
Able to work with supporting schedules.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelors in accounting, finance, or related field
2+ years experience in financial accounting
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, use formulas and functions, and analyze financial data.
