What You’ll Do:

Assist lead technicians on residential and commercial HVAC jobs

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

Help with ductwork, system installation, and cleanup

Learn industry standards, safety procedures, and HVAC basics

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics or crawl spaces
