Job Description:
The stock loan analyst plays an integral role in the support of our institutional trade desks. The position includes providing operational support to the BU and Clients directly on borrow/lending comparison, trade matching, collateralization and break research.Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to : processing recall requests, entering settlement instructions, entering wire instructions, processing mark to markets, moving collateral to and from agent lenders/banks, providing detailed status of all failing trades and conduct research in regards to reclaims, erroneous trade bookings and settlements.Role includes interaction with the Front Office Business Unit other internal GMO&MO support departments such as Settlements, Corporate Actions, Buyins and Operations Risk management.Required Skills:- Strong problem solving skills- Ability to work in a fast passed environment with accuracy- Solid Excel skills required- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutionsOther Qualifications:· Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions- Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward- Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner- Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change.- Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base- Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the worldJob Band:H6Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 > Job Description:The stock loan analyst plays an integral role in the support of our institutional trade desks.
