Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and supervise staff for smooth shifts

Handle inventory ordering, vendor relations, and stock management

Drive sales growth through smart merchandising and efficiency improvements

Active floor presence during all store hours, delivering top customer service

We're Looking For:

1-2+ years in convenience store/retail supervision (c-store experience a plus)

Excellent organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Positive, dependable team player with a customer-first mindset

Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic compliance (health/safety)
