As a Strategic Account Manager for our Fiberon brand, you will lead the development and execution of sales strategies for key national and regional accounts in the R&R and pro-retail segments. You’ll focus on building deep customer partnerships, and aligning internal resources to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.Location: This is a remote position managing a national territory. The ideal location will be California, Texas, Florida, or the Mid-Atlantic Region. Up to 50% overnight travel expected.What you will be doing:Lead the development and execution of annual business plans for strategic accounts, focused on both short- and long-term growthPartner cross-functionally with Channel, Brand, Finance, and Sales Enablement teams to implement effective in-home selling strategies and adjacent category growth plansSupport and grow our dealer network, with a strong understanding of the distribution channel and dealer connectivityServe as the internal and external point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating al sales activities and maintaining consistent communication across stakeholdersAnalyze customer business needs to recommend and implement tailored solutions that drive sales, increase profitability, and reduce costsLead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring alignment with market managers and regional sales leaders as neededForecast account demand and ensure accurate sales reporting to support strategic decision-makingDevelop and execute customer-specific programs, promotions, and training efforts to support account goalsCultivate relationships and represent the brand at trade shows and national eventsDrive execution of business strategies to increase market share and improve product mix within strategic accountsCollaborate with internal teams to streamline communication, reduce customer confusion, and ensure service excellenceGather market intelligence on pricing, product trends, and competitive activity to inform business strategies
