Seeking a passionate and experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach to work with young athletes, helping them develop strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a safe and structured environment. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, knowledgeable in youth athletic training, and committed to fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere for children.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement age-appropriate strength and conditioning programs.

Work with athletes to improve strength, agility, flexibility, and injury prevention.

Ensure proper form and technique to maximize performance and reduce risk of injury.

Provide motivation and mentorship to help young athletes reach their fitness goals.

Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and athletes.

Maintain a safe, positive, and professional training environment.

Requirements:

Certification in Strength & Conditioning, Personal Training, or related field (CSCS, NSCA, NASM, or equivalent preferred).

Experience working with youth athletes in a coaching or training capacity.

Strong understanding of injury prevention, movement mechanics, and fitness programming.

Ability to engage and inspire children in a fun and structured training environment.

Must pass DCF Level 2 Background Screening.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
