Description: Lockheed Martin (LM) Global Supply Chain (GSC) is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to support the Air Dominance program. The team is a dynamic, high visibility group that interfaces directly with Program Managers, Engineers, Supplier Quality, and our Supply Chain partners. Responsibilities will include:- Coordination of PO placements and delivery tracking for the program's Test Equipment scope- Acting as the Global Supply Chain's point of contact for all Engineering Screening Board and Change Board discussion- Getting involved in critical low dollar PO placements with quick turn deadlines- Management of 1-2 on program suppliers, including but not limited to delivery tracking, quality monitoring, and affordability opportunities & cut ins- Working cross functionally with program teams and suppliers- Presenting key status/information to GSC leadershipBasic Qualifications:- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level- Must be a US Citizen, and have the ability obtain a US Secret Security ClearanceDesired Skills:- Ability to work in a dynamic environment- Experience establishing relationships with a supplier and managing performance- Proficient experience with LM systems, applications, and processes (i.e SCNav, Confluence, P2P)- Ability to multi-task by tracking hardware requirements (PR's/PO's), Lines of Balance, and other hardware related items- Ability to present open actions in line with the items described above- Active US Secret Clearance- Ability to travel (as necessary) to support key supplier actionsSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 5 yearsOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
