Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Superintendent to join our expanding Florida team. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong field experience and the ability to oversee all phases of commercial masonry and concrete projects—from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

Review plans and project documents with Project Managers to ensure correct scope of work

Coordinate crew assignments, daily tasks, and project schedules

Maintain and oversee all pre-construction documentation and scheduling

Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality standards

Attend jobsite and coordination meetings as required

Track and report CMU, Brick, and Veneer counts daily to Project Managers

Monitor and maintain accurate material inventory

Ensure proper contract document control and compliance

Utilize technology daily (laptops, tablets, and smartphones required)

Assist with monthly billings, invoices, and project documentation

Recognize when RFIs and Change Orders are needed and process them promptly

Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent (commercial masonry/concrete experience strongly preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Professional, self-driven, and able to perform effectively under pressure

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
