Job Summary: As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar located within the hotel. Your mission will be to create a memorable dining experience for our guests by maintaining high-quality standards, managing a talented team, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of restaurant and bar staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve excellence in guest satisfaction.

Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant and bar operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.

Guest Experience: Ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for guests by maintaining the highest standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and enticing menus that cater to a diverse clientele.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

Training and Development: Train and mentor staff to uphold our service and quality standards, fostering a positive and professional work environment.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and hotel policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in food and beverage management, ideally in a hotel or upscale restaurant/bar setting.
