The core work centers on usage analysis, lead-time management, and building the logic that drives smart replenishment.Inventory Strategy & OwnershipOwns the full inventory strategy: what to stock, how much, and when to reorderBuilds and maintains reorder point logic using historical usage, variability, and real-world lead timesSets and adjusts safety stock and replenishment parameters to balance service levels and working capitalIdentifies inventory risk (stockouts vs. overstock) and takes corrective action quicklyCross-Functional PartnershipPartners with internal teams to translate operational needs into actionable stocking plansCommunicates inventory decisions clearly and proactively to stakeholders
