Responsibilities:

Refinish/Reglaze and Restore bathtubs, sinks, countertops, tile surfaces, and other fixtures.

Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for refinishing to ensure proper adhesion

Apply coatings, primers, and finishes using spray and other refinishing techniques

Repair cracks, chips, and surface imperfections before refinishing

Follow proper masking and ventilation procedures to ensure quality and safety

Use industry-standard refinishing products for long-lasting, high-quality results

Follow job site safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure project specifications are met

What We’re Looking For:

Active Business Entity – Must be FL-registered and active

Insurance Requirements – General liability & workers’ comp (or exception filing)

Experience – Skilled in bathtub refinishing, tile resurfacing, and similar services

Reliable Transportation & Tools – Must have own vehicle and necessary refinishing equipment

Strong Work Ethic – Attention to detail, professionalism, and dependability
