SUSHI CHEF/ sushi line cook

We are seeking an experienced sushi chef, to supervisor or restaurant in cocoa beach. New Fusion concept in Destination Downtown foodhall. Beautiful kitchen, with new equipment and great staff and environment.

Experience as a sushi chef is mandatory and you should be flexible with hours and knowledgeable about various techniques. You will have the freedom to create specials within our fusion concept and be responsible for maintaining daily inventory of seafood.
