Randstad Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of work experience within a complex, enterprise level infrastructure environment. This position is currently working in an onsite capacity. This is a Monday/Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

Required:

5+ years experience managing Windows envrionment in Active Directory domain; Office 365 and Virtual server (VMWare) management.

Preferred skills would include (1) Microsoft Teams, (2) Microsoft Sharepoint, (3) Azure.

responsibilities:

Works as the lead member of the Technical Operations team to install, support, and maintain server, storage, and networking systems. Responsible for ensuring the server, network, and storage environment is up to date with the most recent system patches and security updates. Ensures that all systems are monitored. Plans for and responds to service outages and other problems. Provides monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports for the client management team, and adhoc reports to various departments within the healthcare center (as needed). Serves in required on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Human Resources (HR) may substitute directly related professional experience for required education on a 1:1 basis. Experience credited in lieu of formal education cannot be applied toward the minimum experience below.

Required Experience:

Eight (8) years of experience working within a Windows Server and an Active Directory environment with one (1) year of experience working within at least four of the following disciplines: Server Virtualization, Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, System Center Configuration Manager, Storage Area Networks (SAN), Network Addressable Storage (NAS), and/or Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) required. Experience applied toward the minimum experience requirement cannot be credited in lieu of formal education above.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of at least four (4) of the following areas: Windows Server, Active Directory, Server Virtualization, Exchange Administration, Storage Networks, Citrix, various Unix operating systems (OS) (e.g., Linux or AIX), and Local Network Connectivity and Wide Area Connectivity.
