Skillset Requirements

Required

Minimum of 5 years: hands-on Microsoft Office 365 + services & VMs + SharePoint + Exchange Online
Minimum of 5 years: hands-on wide area network experience (multiple locations in US or Intl)
Minimum of 5 years: hands-on WatchGuard Firebox VPN/Firewall

Required Experience on (equipment / concepts)

Microsoft 365 cloud
Comprehensive knowledge of TCP/IP, SMTP, MAPI, DNS and network infrastructure (i.e., cabling, patch panels, racks)
Experience in dealing with ISPs (Internet Service Providers) & phone companies
Understanding of Microsoft / Windows Active directory & server infrastructure architecture
Microsoft Office latest version
HP or comparable blade servers, chassis, SANs, tape drives
Cisco switches, routers, LAN/WAN equipment setup Web servers (i.e., Microsoft IIS)
PCs and LANs/Ethernet
Network monitoring
Network optimization

Required Certification

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a computer related discipline
